She has been loyal & always tips generously. She is almost 80 & due to chronic back pain, she has limited mobility & uses wheelchair services at airports due to the distances traveled. Paul knows this. This trip, for starters, Paul was tripped up by military time in the flight confirmation. He did not believe my mom had the conversion right (she did) until she texted him a literal chart. What? You run a driving service to an airport. How do you not have military time sorted by now? Anyhow, we were due to be picked up at O'Hare. It was 90°. Paul's driver texted my mom to meet him at "2g"-- a gate that does not exist. My mom called Paul & matters were still not cleared & we waited & waited... In 90° heat w/ my mom, his loyal customer, in a wheelchair. After some time, I called only to have Paul ask me where we were then start literally yelling at me. I told him that I did not love his tone-- especially since we were inconvenienced by an error entirely created on their part. Paul's yelling turned to incensed rage at my rejection of his tone. He then told me to get another ride & that he was sending the driver home (assuming he ever even sent one to begin with). Then he refused to pick up the phone in subsequent return calls. We got a taxi immediately, & it turns out, it was cheaper than Paul's service
