- KSKarlena SearsMay 19, 20251.0I’m not sure where your drivers think it is okay to yell at a 6 year old so bad that when my child walks through the door after school in tears and it takes me 30 minutes to calm her down. All because of an accident and had a leaking bag. I tried calling as soon as she walked off the bus and told me what jonetta the driver on bus Dream did but of course no one answered like usual. I’ll be calling until I speak with someone.
- NPN PApr 18, 20241.0Posted a review a few weeks ago after they allowed my 3 year old son to fall face first off the bus onto the street after his first day of school, which resulted in a injury that requires the emergency room. I refused to allow my son to ride the bus for obvious reasons. We decided to give it another chance and see if maybe it was just an unfortunate accident. Things have been alright for about 4 days until today. THEY TRIED TO DROP MY 3 YEAR OLD SON OFF AT THE WRONG HOUSE, ON THE WRONG STREET, WITH NO PARENTS OUTSIDE THE HOUSE... I am at a loss for words. Thank God he has a mother who is willing to go and find the bus to see where our son is.
