- HEHattie EvansNov 8, 20255.0I pulled into a local QT gas station to use their air tank because I had noticed I had an extremely low tire and when I got out to turn the air tank on I noticed the out of order sign on it, I began to panic because I wasn’t sure what to do because I knew I couldn’t drive any further on the tire and then a Ingram tow truck pulled up next to me and introduced himself as Joel and said he noticed my tire was flat and the out of order sign and offered to pump my tire up, he also inspected the tire and found a nail in it so I was able to go and have it repaired, I offered to pay him and he politely declined, he gave me some business cards and I informed him that I would be using them for services in the future if they are ever needed and thanked him for his time and service. I would recommend Ingram towing to everyone. Very polite and kind driver.
