    I wouldn't even give this one star if I had a choice. This shuttle is an absolute nightmare to ride. It is unbearably noisy, rattles constantly, and the ride is so rough that you feel every single bump in the road. I couldn't even read a book because I was being jostled around so much. This vehicle is clearly poorly maintained and has no business transporting paying customers. Save yourself the misery and find another option.

    The employee shuttle service is terrible, the employees are rude. Every single day about 30 of my colleagues have to wait over an hour to be taken to our parking lot, the dispatcher always says 15 minutes and it’s never true. Sometimes the buses are just sitting instead of picking us up, the drivers are rude and one smelled like marijuana after having us wait an hour and a half that day.

    DO NOT USE THIS BUS SERVICE. This is the most unprofessional service I have been a part of. The drivers blare rap music causing a ruckus on the bus, most don’t follow the posted speed limit and I have smelt weed coming from the employees vehicles, I’m unsure if they were the drivers or not, not once or twice but 3 times. The turnaround is unprecedented when it comes to drivers and the supervisor has a look of total confusion all the time. They are way over their heads and can barely maintain a professional and save environment for the people they are transporting. I’m sure their daily route around Atlanta is something they can handle… maybe. Their lack of finding a resolve with the complaints I and others have voiced with their responses show a lack of empathy. They are not willing to be proactive about anything and wait till they cannot avoid the situation all together. Lastly, most of the buses I have rode have needed some kind of maintenance. Almost all have a check engine light and recently one broke down, leaving 1 bus to transport 50 or more people. I would like to reiterate, keep shopping. If a quote is too good to be true, it most likely is…. Keep shopping. DO NOT USE THIS BUS SERVICE!!

    I have been using the shuttle service for a month, and out of all the shuttle services that i’ve used in my life this is the worst, when it comes to timing they are all over the place either leaving minutes early when they say they leave at 6:30am, or too late having a second bus leaving at 6:45am for a 15 to 20 minute drive that nobody takes because you will be late if you end up talking it, and refusing to leave with the last two persons that will end up riding in it and will be late. Very unprofessional workers that scream and raise their voice, and even leave you stranded not having the professionalism or the common sense to wait for a minute for the last person to get in bus, leaving in your face. Small buses with the same unsatisfactory services and logistics when we have been using them for a month leaving early and with a bus almost empty in the afternoon, or the bus be full with not enough spaces for all the workers and not having a second one waiting behind it, leaving us waiting for 20 to 30+ minutes waiting. Co workers and i that have left work early not finding the bus service IN service, calling dispatch twice for nobody to come, and end up having to call a uber to take us to the parking lot just to see the bus drivers sitting and chatting at the parking lot chillin. And at times i have found the parking lot and the service worker’s vehicles reeking with a pot smell. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory.
