Be mindful of using these guys for apartment/condo moves that don’t have a clear path to the moving truck or have limited parking for large moving trucks. It will take double the time to pack and move your belongings and you will be charged accordingly. I had a 1500 sq ft condo that was quoted for 4 hours for packing and loading, and it took 9 hours to complete. Also, some of the movers are creepers. One of the movers was in a room packing and my wife was there alone and out of nowhere he hugged and kissed my wife on the neck. ‘Nuff said.

The team provided white glove service - which was not expected at all on my end based off of the quote and final price (we moved from a three floor condo to a home and most quotes were much higher than Truck and i). Everyone was extremely professional, on time, accommodating to my schedule during our move in day. Their team wrapped each furniture piece and didn’t leave one scratch (we have some heavy furniture pieces)! We’ll use Truck and i and will recommend to everyone we know.
