My Mom has used Wes for years in Florida, and called him to see if he could recommend anyone to help my husband and I move from LA to Santa Fe. Come to find out, they were able to take on the job, and we were fortunate enough to have Wes guiding us the entire way, navigating my anxiety around hiring movers and easing an incredibly overwhelming and emotional experience. Wes sent Matt - one of his best people, and he wasn’t kidding. Matt was a complete gift of a human to have along this journey with us - he was fast, thorough, careful, knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and communicative. They even arranged car transport and were able to receive the car when we got delayed due to weather. This morning Matt unloaded everything so fast, and even helped us set up our stereo equipment. We were actually sad to see him go and feel like we made a new friend. I had heard horror stories about hiring movers, and as hard as moving is (I hope to never have to do another big one again) I can’t imagine it having been easier, thanks to the entire Big Man Movers team. Their professionalism is next level - and I have very high standards. I will never use anyone else and I will forever send everyone I know straight to Wes. From the bottom of my heart, thank you guys.
