  Mixed experience with ship smart - I’m sending a shipment from San Francisco across the country, and first of all, the team is very helpful and responsive. They answered all my questions and are provide very personalized support However, the actual shipment is incredibly slow. They gave a time estimate of 3-4 weeks for my shipment to be delivered, and, 3 weeks later, the shipment hasn’t even left the facility.

  After a loved one passed away I had to get a handful of stuff from NY to NC. Ship Smart was a LIFE SAVER, literally the easiest and most affordable option I could find and ended up blowing my mind with how well everything came packaged and delivered! I am so grateful, these random items that are so sentimental to me we treated like precious cargo! 2 Thumbs up!

  I thought moving cross country, literally coast to coast, was supposed to be difficult!? When I heard of Ship Smart, I called them immediately. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised that a real person actually answered the phone after a few rings! The customer service provided by Eric and Jasper from start to finish was exceptional. I immediately felt I was in good hands. Ship Smart picked up my items from one house and stored them for a few weeks as I drove cross-country. Throughout transit, Ship Smart always updated me on the exact location of my items. After a few weeks, I finally found a home and was able to give Ship Smart a delivery address. On move-in day, two gentlemen promptly arrived and quickly unloaded my items. They were very funny and friendly to interact with. As a whole, my experience with Ship Smart from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Next time I move, I will 100%, without a doubt, go with Ship Smart!

  I was concerned about getting our personal belongings from Georgia to Oregon. Ship Smart was referred to me by a major mover. Would this move be affordable? Well, Ship Smart estimate ( which was the final price) made this move possible. They said it could take 2-3 weeks to receive our shipment. To my surprise I received a call 8 days later to arrange to deliver our shipment in the morning. This move could not have gone smoother. Thank you Ship Smart

  Could not be more pleased with the service we received from Ship Smart. We had 125 year old Grandfather Clock shipped from CA to NC and we were blown away by the quality and care that was taken to assure it would arrive safely. All of the staff we dealt with from the initial phone call to the delivery driver were wonderful!
