I like they let you borrow hanging clothes boxes for local moves so you don’t have to worry about packing any hanging items. All costs etc. are clearly communicated and I like that they send confirmation emails. Makes moving day a lot less stressful!
- RCRajeev CNov 18, 20181.0I had initially shared a positive review, however after seeing the way they delivered and handled my stuff, I had to edit it. Here’s a picture that shows just how poorly they treated my stuff. This is a mattress I paid for extra insurance. That’s right - completely folded in half, lying in the middle of a dirty SF street. I explained to them multiple times this particular item needed to be treated well, was expensive and something I explicitly insured. The movers mistreated all my stuff, lost items during the move and even scratched my floors during the delivery. Their customer service is also TERRIBLE. I’m still waiting for them to make this right, I’ve been calling to try to deal with insurance and customer service multiple times over the last several days. They’re unresponsive to emails, and the 6 phone calls my wife and I have made over the last week. If they fix this, I will post another edit on how they addressed these issues - looking doubtful though.
