  1 Star – Unacceptable and Unprofessional This was by far the worst moving experience we have ever had. The company abandoned the job, left all of our belongings dumped outside at the door, and walked away without finishing what they were paid to do. They also damaged multiple pieces of our furniture through sheer carelessness. Even worse, they took a precious piece of furniture that belonged to us, and it has not been returned. There has been no accountability, no urgency, and no meaningful communication to fix this. This company caused unnecessary stress, property damage, and Their behavior was unprofessional, irresponsible, and unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and do not use this company. EDIT: The company responded to my post by claiming that it was a spam review, which is completely untrue. Our review is genuine and honest, and we are simply trying to warn others so they don’t go through the same terrible experience we did. They also claimed that we did not pay the full amount, which is false. We paid the amount that was agreed upon in the contract. However, they left all of our belongings except a dining table on the porch and said they would not continue because they would not be paid by the company after 9 p.m. We asked them to bring just one piece of furniture upstairs, which was heavy and we couldn't do it ourselves, which they refused to do unless we paid an additional $200. On top of that, they withheld a very expensive dining table while we were waiting for it to be unloaded. They left with our table and then completely stopped responding to our messages. They never apologized for their extremely unprofessional behavior and continue to justify their terrible so called service. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

  We had an excellent experience! The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and handled all our loading with great care. Everything was clean, organized, and stress-free. They made our moving day so much easier. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable and professional service!

  Just had a great move with Let's Get Moving yesterday! Abbour Mohammed, Mohammadjafar (Kourosh) and Vivansh Batra showed up early, were friendly, wrapped my mattress and all my fragile items quickly and efficiently! Nothing was broken or damaged. All in all a super smooth move. Definitely recommend this company and this team. I will book them again in the future! Thanks, guys!
