  I needed some very large and heavy pieces of furniture moved from upstairs to downstairs because of replacing flooring, and they did an amazing job, with only a days notice.

  All I can say is wow. What a professional group to work with. I have a medical bed to move with care into a senior living. The guys were well versed in assisted living protocol , how to assemble the medical equipment, and the attitude to be pleasant with the other residents in the home. I could not recommend the Mullins team more!!! Ps also helped with antique vehicle and used care to move truck Also moved my Dads safe into my residents. No problem!!!

  Very pricey, sorry can’t give you 5 stars. I was told 1 price at $615 and my total turned out to be $854, hire someone else. REPLY- Hi, I want to clarify my concerns because they aren’t about the total time. I never expected the full move to be done in two hours. What I did expect is that within two hours, the heavier items would be prioritized and taken, especially since that was the entire reason I hired movers. My list of heavy items was small and very straightforward: • Two beds • A few dressers • A couch • Washer and dryer Here is where the issue actually is: your team chose to leave heavy items behind and instead took lighter ones. For example, you left an entire long dresser but took the small computer desk. If you have limited time and I ask for the heavy items, common sense says the heavy dresser gets loaded before the tiny desk. On top of that, after I complained about everything your team left behind including a TV, dressers, and bed pieces one of your workers came back in a personal pickup truck to grab items. You presented this as a “courtesy,” but I was already charged a $150 travel fee and additional credit/debit card fees. For nearly $900 total for about 2.5 hours, this should not be framed as a favor. I’ve hired movers before, with fewer people and more items, and they wrapped everything and took all heavy items without these issues. With four movers and a 32 ft truck, much more should have been completed especially the exact heavy items I requested. Given the missing bed piece, the items left behind, the additional work I now have to do, and the total cost being far above what I was quoted, my review is fair. The service was overpriced, and the experience did not match the price or expectations. People please review the real details and also ask to see if they charge a credit card fee, I was charged 2 times for credit card fees and I paid with a debit card. There is a missing piece to my bed.
