We were remiss in getting a will put together and also wanted to put medical power of attorney, financial power of attorney and a trust in place. Attorney Tenuta provided documents in advance of our first meeting. The documents allowed him to understand our situation and from there he helped define options for the preparation of each document. We met in person, he confirmed our wishes, and the following week he had documents ready for our review. During our final meeting he made the signing process very easy and had copies available for all parties associated with the legal documents. Last but not least, his fees were very reasonable. For those of you that have had legal documents on your "list of things to do" but are stressed over not knowing how to start....give Attorney Tenuta a call, he will guide you and provide the support that you need.
