Mark is knowledge, thorough, and extremely helpful. I called him with an issue and he walked me through step-by-step how to get it resolved. He even said to call him with other questions or if I needed more help, which I did a couple more times. Highly recommend his services.

Kayla Rodriguez represented our daughter in a family law matter. We are overwhelmed by the level of concern, kindness and professionalism that resulted in a very good outcome! We talked with numerous lawyers and are very happy that we found Mullen, Schlough & Associates. I would definitely recommend this firm especially Attorney Kayla Rodriguez. Thanks again and again Kayla! You got us through a hard time and we are more grateful than words can express.

My sister has tried to contact Scott Schlough on several occasions to no avail. I've left voice messages and even sent an email through the web. Has not responded. If you cant stay in contact with your client, why are you even a lawyer?

When should you get a lawyer for a DUI case?

It is advisable to consult a lawyer for a DUI case as soon as possible after being charged. During your initial free consultation, inquire about the attorney's experience with DUI cases. A competent DUI lawyer can provide valuable legal advice, assist with Department of Transportation matters, and potentially help you regain driving privileges quickly. They can also explain the differences between public defenders and private attorneys in handling DUI cases. Experienced DUI lawyers are familiar with legal strategies that may lead to reduced charges or case dismissal, potentially saving you time, money, and legal consequences in the long term.

Why should you hire a good DUI lawyer to fight a pending DUI criminal court case?

Hiring a skilled DUI lawyer for a pending criminal case can be crucial for several reasons. An experienced attorney may help avoid a conviction, prevent jail time, protect your driving record, and minimize fines and fees. They possess in-depth knowledge of the criminal justice system and may identify defense strategies unknown to most individuals. DUI lawyers can guide you through legal proceedings, safeguard your rights during interactions with law enforcement and the court, and potentially negotiate for reduced charges.
