  I worked with Don Schirm and his staff on my recent family court case, and I could not be more grateful for the experience.   I drove 16 hours one way to see my 4 year old little girl just to be wrongfully denied visit. I was then hit with two unwarranted restraining orders by my ex wife. I contacted multiple law firms looking for someone to hear me out. Adam was quick to respond and was willing to listen. Adam represented me and was able to get both restraining orders dismissed and I no longer have any issues visiting my little girl. Thank you so Very much Adam!!!

  I would not recommend Resolute Law based on my experience over nearly five years with them. The attorney handling my case, Adam, often failed to return calls or respond to questions, and rarely took time to discuss my concerns in detail. Our scheduled appointments were typically rushed, lasting only a few minutes, with little useful advice provided. While attempting to modify child support, I provided nearly two years of pay stubs and insurance documentation, yet the firm still questioned the accuracy of my information. They even contacted a separate employer (a company my business subcontracted for) rather than accepting official HR documents I provided to verify my employment details. Even after I clarified this with proper documentation, my concerns were ignored. Despite repeated attempts to get answers to direct questions, the firm rarely responded—yet I was still billed for emails and texts that went unanswered. To make matters worse, when the firm withdrew as counsel, they charged me for the work involved in preparing their own withdrawal. After they withdrew, they even called to remind me of an appointment still on their calendar and charged me for that, despite no longer representing me. Overall, my experience with Resolute Law was disappointing and costly. Communication was poor, accountability was lacking, and I was left feeling unsupported after years of working with them.
