  We had a problem with a landlord when leasing a home. We were steered to ILG and Max Soi by a friend. We were told we had to pay $300 for a consultation. We paid and met with Soi. We did what he suggested by writing the landlord. When the problem was not resolved we went back to ILG and Soi repeatedly to engage them to help us further. Multiple calls and emails to Soi his support staff went unanswered. When I finally spoke with both Soi and staff they said they would send an engagement contract. Never received one. More calls and emails, and was told that they would send the engagement contract, but they never did. I think that the $300 consultation call (20 minutes) is how these guys are making money. Stay away.....

  They are non responsive. They kept me hanging for months and never helped me. It was a waste of time. Stay away from them.

  I worked with Justin Mishkin on a few different matters including tenant-related legal matter/wills and was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and approachability. From the beginning, Justin made a complex situation feel manageable. He walked me through my rights, laid out my options clearly, and helped me make informed decisions every step of the way. What stood out most was his calm, confident handling of the situation and his attention to detail. He was always quick to respond, thorough in his communication, and really took the time to understand the nuances of my case (none of these were straight forwrd matters). I’ve worked with Justin on a few legal matters now, and every experience has been outstanding. If you're dealing with a any legal concern — I can’t recommend him enough.

  My initial call with Justin went well, but then I got ghosted. He never replied to any of my emails or phone calls. The law firm couldn’t really help me either, asking me to leave my number. I never heard from them again. The time I spent waiting for his reply hurt my legal cases

  Non-responsive and incompetent. I was looking for a lawyer to help with a dispute and my company provided me with a legal benefit so I contacted several that accepted it. Integrity law group was the first that was accepting new business and after talking through the details; they agreed to draft a demand letter. Throughout the process they did not communicate and I needed to follow up many times on next steps. I received zero notification that the letter was sent and a one line response after they received a response, which did not include the most important detail: that the other side offered settlement with a deadline. I needed to follow up and request the response and by the time that I did, the deadline had passed. Complete waste of my time; they offered no advice or guidance and dropped the ball completely when it comes to letting me know of the settlement, which I believe they were legally required to do.
