This agency was very convenient to my lunch across the street today. At noon, it wasn’t busy. Walked in and right up to the counter. The gal was fast and I was done in about 5 minutes.

My experience with them has been quick service. The people there are really helpful. The only problem I have is with the fee they charge, for using credit or debit cards.

I went to pick up my online tags, and the staff member assisting me (a woman with glasses) was on her phone playing instead of focusing on customers. When I let her know I was there for a pickup, she responded with poor customer service and a negative attitude. Lack of professionalism

My husband and I have been working with McCallum Licensing Agency to transfer the title of a vehicle that was gifted to us by a family member, and unfortunately, the process has been very frustrating.
We’ve visited the office four times now, and each time we’re told we just need “one last thing” before everything can be finalized. The first visit, we were told to have my brother-in-law sign the title. Since he lives two hours away and is often out of town or working, we had to coordinate a time when he’d be in our area to sign it. Once we got his signature, we went back, only to be told there was another spot that needed to be signed that hadn’t been highlighted the first time.
We finally got everything signed correctly, but then ran into an issue because the car had already been gifted once (from my father-in-law to my brother-in-law). Since it couldn’t be gifted again, there had to be a purchase price listed. At that visit, the person helping us marked it as being in poor condition, which allowed us to pay a lower amount and continue the process.
Unfortunately, on our most recent visit today, we were told something completely different: because there’s nothing wrong with the car, we now have to go through an additional step and fill out yet another form.
At this point, our tabs are expired, and I’m the one who primarily drives this car. When I asked what we’re supposed to do if I get pulled over, I didn’t receive a clear answer, which was really concerning.
I want to be fair and say that everyone we’ve spoken to has been polite, but the information we’ve been given has been inconsistent every step of the way. It would make a huge difference if customers were given a complete and accurate list of requirements from the very beginning. Multiple trips, changing instructions, and expired tabs have made this process far more stressful than it should be.
