With similar back injuries from prior car accidents and injuries, this made for a complicated "blame game" case where neither insurance company wanted to take responsibility. I started out with one of the big law firms that has those commercials on TV claiming they are great... I never once spoke with a lawyer and their offer to me was negative $10,000. They didn't take the time to talk to me or fight for me. It was a nightmare. A friend told me about Max and how he had helped her with her car accident. I took my case to Max and crossed my fingers. Max took the time to listen to me and agreed to take my case. I have no complaints from working with Max. I never had to initiate a phone call because I received updates from Max himself whenever there was anything new on my case. He was always straight forward with me and optimistic.
