  I've been dealing with Larry slipper Mike robusto and all this other attorneys they are one of the best attorneys in the state of Virginia Beach they've always done me right just want to let the people know that I have never used them before there's no one better

  I used their service because I was referred Michael Robusto by someone. So to start, my experience was ok. It wasnt an amazing experience but it wasnt horrid. I loved the customer service and the kindness of all of the staff. He was nice before my deposit and after and same with the receptionist. That is it. I hated that the communication was not as well as it should have been. We communicated over 90% through email and sometimes my emails would go weeks unanswered. I'm not too mad at that because I know he has a life and and I'm not his only customer but timelier responses makes all of the difference. I hate how soft and delicately he represented me in the courtroom. Now keeping in mind how significant and unique my case was, that does play a part, but still some points that should have been reiterated went. His closing summary could have been longer and stronger. He seemed like he just wanted to get this over and done with. The final thing that I was really upset about is if it had not been for my curiosity then I would have never learned about the options available to me. He never once discussed to me any of the options that I researched on my own until I mentioned them and he never presented the reasons to the judge why I had to wait the day of.....i also didn't like how buddy buddy him and the defense were, laughing and joking like they were at a reu.....the point is he was knowledgable of Virginia court systems but he wasnt aggressive enough. Although he does have great customer service, I wouldn't use his services ever again because how lightly he represented me in the courtroom. He spoke as if he was scared to say certain things. My overall recommendation is use him for the really easy and simple cases that you know you can win. DO NOT USE HIM FOR CASES THAT REQUIRE AN AGRESSIVE APPROACH.
