I retained John Greenside, but without telling me, he sent another lawyer (Attn. Love) on his behalf. That lawyer didn’t seem prepared, had no prior knowledge of my case, and immediately told me I likely wouldn’t get it dismissed. I had to re-explain everything I’d already told Mr. Greenside. I’m grateful the case outcome was good, but I feel the lack of communication and the quality of representation were not what I expected when I hired Mr. Greenside directly.
