- EEErik EssexMay 11, 20221.0Was referred to this firm for a consultation as a benefit through my employer. Within 5 minutes, Mr. Kauffman accused me of trying to use his expertise to represent myself in a civil suit. This accusation came as a result of asking what my next steps could or should be. Instead of taking a couple minutes to discuss how I could work with him and his firm, he assumed negative intent by my questions. A shame to treat a potential client with this degree of disrespect. If I could have give zero stars, I would.
