    Awful experience. I don't know anything about the law but I couldn't even ask a question without immediately being cut off. I was in tears I was so upset and he continued to be extremely rude and degrading.

    Staff were friendly, understanding and professional. Any issues were resolved without issue, and communication was immediate if there was any issues. Would recommend!

    Very impressed with this firm. I contacted them during the Covid 19 virus lockdown. I figured I'd have to leave a message and it would be a day or two before I'd get a response. My previous experience with law offices (even in real estate transactions) was that the staff comes off with an attitude of moral high-ground that leaves you feeling like a lesser human. I was very pleasantly surprised that I received a call back in less than 3 min and Sarah was extremely helpful, informative, and pleasant. We scheduled a consult with Mr. Burks and he was equally pleasant and helpful. I was very encouraged to have their support in a stressful situation and a plan of action for steps to take which may or may not involve their services. I never felt pressured or swayed but just that I was given the information to make my own decision on how I want to proceed.
