She had an answer for every question and explained the trust in layman's terms which made for an easier understanding of the trust. See Penniann for your legal needs in Estate and Elder Law, you won't find a stronger more knowledgeable lawyer and advocate in the field. as a side note she only has an office in Sugarhouse and does not have office in Park City, despite what google says.

Some reviews mentioned rudeness, but that was not my experience. She is direct which I think can be misinterpreted. I highly recommend her and will continue to use her for my legal matters.

She left detailed instructions for my beneficiaries on what to do upon my passing. In addition to a well organized paper portfolio, she sent all documents electronically. She went the extra mile to call my title company in another state, to deed that property into my trust. She was very patient; explained complex legal concepts in a way I could understand (she even drew pictures). Reasonably priced, and a great pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her!!
