  Other reviews say they can’t recommend Preston enough, and I wish I could add something better — but they’re right. Getting a DUI was an awful experience, and I knew I needed a good attorney. What I got was so much more. Preston felt like a friend throughout the entire process. He eased my embarrassment, supported and even cheered my recovery efforts, and genuinely cared. He took all the legal stress off my plate so I could focus on getting better — all while keeping things light with humor when I needed it most. In the end, his personal touch was only exceeded by his professional ability. Preston knows exactly how to advocate for his clients. If you’re on the fence about hiring him, do yourself a favor and retain him. You won’t regret it.

  I cannot recommend Preston Day Law highly enough. My sister retained him to represent her in a child support/divorce decree modification case brought against her by her ex-husband. Her ex-husband had been dragging out this case in the legal system for over two years. During that time, we were unable to afford legal representation, and her ex-husband and his lawyer repeatedly used intimidation and scare tactics to try to get her to give in to all of his demands. She stood her ground and would not give in. Thank goodness. With a trial date quickly approaching, Preston took the case on with very little time to prepare. He went above and beyond, doing all the necessary due diligence—and then some. We were able to engage his services with a very reasonable retainer, and he managed it carefully, ensuring each dollar was well-spent. In court, he was extremely prepared, professional, and calm, presenting compelling arguments as to why this case should never have been brought to court in the first place.
