  $399 1 Hour Consultation I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with the Suster Law Group deserves thoughtful feedback. I paid $399 for a one-hour consultation after being influenced by Google search results and positive reviews highlighting Mr. Suster’s listening skills. Unfortunately, my consultation fell short of those expectations. Despite sending a detailed 52-page packet ahead of time, it was clear that the material hadn’t been reviewed before our call. Instead of beginning with an understanding of my situation, the conversation quickly turned into rigid rule-setting. Early on, Mr. Suster referred to himself as a “drill sergeant,” which carried the clear implication that I should only talk when he permitted me to. That theme carried through the rest of the hour: him lecturing, and me simply listening. On more than one occasion, when I tried to articulate the context of my case, he abruptly cut me off and talked over me. This not only made it difficult to communicate the full picture but also stood in sharp contrast to the reviews that described him as a great listener. Adding to that, he repeatedly stated that defamation cases were not something he typically handles. If that was the reality, it would have been better to acknowledge that upfront. The conversation could have ended in five minutes, saving both time and the $399 fee, rather than spending the full hour only to learn the matter was outside his regular practice. While I appreciated the extra time he offered, the value of the consultation was ultimately lost because the core issue was clear from the beginning: this was not his area of focus. A law firm of this reputation could learn from this by ensuring transparency about case types before consultations, and by fostering conversations that allow clients to be heard, not silenced. -Rush

  Run..We hired him for our case but instead ended up paying him for all his horrible charges. He dreams of running a case against his own clients. It is a shame that I hired him without reading more. .worst lawyer ever..I would not recommend him for my enemies even.

  As a landlord, I had a tenant file a lawsuit (wrongly) claiming landlord retaliation. Israel met with me for 20 minutes, took the case and had it settled with one well written letter and a small nuisance payment. His legal fees were fair and I felt I had found just the right lawyer.
