Amazing law firm!!! Darlina Crowder helped me all the way through. I have went through this law firm for my first criminal case. I had a misdemeanor theft on my record and they helped me reduce my time to just 1 year probation and community service. I eventually had this record sealed. Came back years later, I went back here again for my second criminal case which was a felony theft and she got me reduced sentence to 3 year probation instead of serving time inside jail. I can’t thank enough Darlina and her team to get me through this tough time regarding my cases. I really appreciate all she does for me and what my future carries. Thank you again Darlina!

This is only receiving a 3-star rating because Ms. Crowder kept me out of prison when I believed all hope was lost. For that, I am genuinely grateful. However, beyond that outcome, the treatment and interactions I experienced after my sentencing was completed have ensured that I will never do business with this firm again.
After completing my probation five years later, there were a few minor legal matters I needed to remedy. On my sentencing day, I was told directly by Darlina Crowder that upon completion of my probation, I would be able to use her services pro bono to resolve this minor issue. Once my probation was completed, not only was I met with doubt from her legal team regarding the validity of what she had told me, but I ultimately had to pay several hundred dollars to resolve the issue anyway. While frustrating, I agreed to pay because I wanted to put the entire situation behind me.
What followed was over a year and a half of miscommunication, being ignored, and clear frustration from lower-level staff who were unable to resolve the issue. Despite being described as “minor,” this matter played a pivotal role in the ease of my day-to-day life. After reaching my breaking point, I decided to investigate the issue myself. I identified the central hiccup in the stalled conflict with the opposing party in a single phone call—information that their team of professionals had been unable to obtain for over a year. I provided this information to their paralegals to forward to Ms. Crowder.
Approximately two weeks later, I received a call from Ms. Crowder herself, during which I was told that they had done all they could for me and that the issue was “my problem” to figure out. I informed her of the information I had already provided to her paralegals, but it was brushed off as illegitimate. During that same call, she asked me to send the information directly to her in real time so she could review it herself. Once she understood where the miscommunication was, my situation was resolved in less than a week.
Notably, there was no follow-up from her firm and no apology for the doubt, prolonged miscommunication, or lack of professionalism.
Again, I am grateful for what Ms. Crowder did for me in the past, and ultimately in this matter as well. However, the rudeness, dismissal, and disregard I experienced—especially after over a year of requesting to speak with her and after paying twice—was unacceptable. I sincerely hope I never need legal representation again, but if I do, this firm will never receive another penny from me.

Absolute worst law firm ever!!!!! Will not communicate. Will send a new lawyer to each court setting….one that has no knowledge of your case. In the initial meeting they will make you feel like they will fight for you but it’s a lie. We are filing a grievance with the board. I highly suggest everyone who has received incompetent representation from this law firm to do the same. She is good friends with all of the DA’s which you would think would be a conflict of interest…. Or at least morally wrong. She doesn’t seem to think so. Ughhhhh WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!! Darlina you should be ashamed of yourself! I don’t know how you sleep at night! Horrible horrible firm!!! I beg you to find ANYONE else…. Trust me you will regret coming here. All of the good reviews are either family or people who work there. Or your case was a slam dunk and required no real work on their end. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!!
Zahra below hit the nail on the head!!
