    I had the pleasure of having Attorney C A Higginbotham as my attorney for my chapter 7 case. He and the staff were very professional. I was made to feel comfortable and welcoming as I went thru the process. Everyone was patient, courteous and respectful with me.     don't understand how this place is getting such high reviews. I called to confirm information on a case and Randy Williams has to be by far one of the most rudest human I ever experienced in my life. Huffing and puffing and kept yelling the case was dismissed what do you want from me? I understand they work with broke people and it causes to have high stress but a little customer service will go a LONG way!

    Situations in which you have to obtain an attorney are never pleasant. However, Byman & Associates made my situation so much less stressful. They were always extremely responsive to emails, very professional, and just very quick to handle things in general. I was at ease during the entire process because they made me feel that way. Overall, I was extremely pleased with this firm and their knowledge of my situation and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their assistance.
