  I do not recommend Sergio Sanchez. I retained Mr. Sanchez specifically to urgently file an emergency Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to protect my minor daughter. He spoke confidently about his experience and ability to act immediately. That did not occur. The TRO was filed late, contained material errors, and was rejected by Travis County. Critical affidavits and supporting documents that were discussed were not included, despite the urgency and clarity of the situation. As a result, my daughter was left without court-ordered protection and suffered additional harm due to the delay and procedural failures. During the representation: • There were no in-person meetings and only a handful of brief phone calls • No coordinated planning with staff occurred • Mr. Sanchez failed to obtain records from my prior attorney, despite assurances • Drafted filings contained errors and omissions even after significant delay When I raised these issues, Mr. Sanchez took no responsibility, refused to provide a clear accounting, and made withdrawal unnecessarily difficult. I was told to “call 911” if my child was in danger—despite the very reason he was retained being to obtain emergency court protection. To date, approximately $15,000 has been retained. The amount of work performed, based on communications and filings, does not appear commensurate with the fees charged, and a detailed accounting has not been provided. Given the seriousness of the matter, the impact on a child’s safety, and the lack of accountability, I am pursuing recovery of funds and have retained additional counsel. If this matter is not resolved appropriately, the documented record will be submitted to the State Bar of Texas, and may also be provided to fee-dispute arbitration, civil investigators, and other appropriate regulatory or oversight authorities for review. This experience reflects serious procedural, ethical, and professional concerns, particularly in cases involving child safety and emergency relief. I am willing to update this review if Mr. Sanchez provides a complete and transparent accounting and resolves this matter in a lawful and appropriate manner

  I had a custody case , he got 5 k. After asking 7500 I said not he brought it down to 5 k. Showed up once in court. Did minimum. Followed that never showed up never answered a call or email. His assistant said hes aware you have court but never showed up. He said he knew the judge but in reality his participation was minimal and does not worth 5k that he never refunded part of since he only attended once.

  All I gotta say is thank you to Sergio Sanchez and his team. They really took the time to listen and made me feel like my case actually mattered. It was a petty misdemeanor but Sanchez and his team really made me feel heard and appreciated!Everyone I spoke to was patient and kind, and they always got back to me quick. Honestly, I was pretty nervous at first but they made the whole thing so much easier. Couldn’t of asked for better help.

  I can’t say enough good things about The Sanchez Law Firm. I came to them during one of the most stressful times of my life when I was facing criminal charges after being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
