  Words can’t express how grateful I am to have had Mr. Brian fighting my case for me. I was facing MANY years in prison. He was able to get my case completely dismissed. Four felonies. Throughout the past 6 months, he always made me feel like I was being heard and never judged. Seriously the best criminal lawyer in Houston. His assistant, Chrissy, also amazing. She kept me updated with all information pertaining to Brian and my case. Forever grateful.

  I cannot say enough great things about Brian. He is sharp, well connected, and has a confident, approachable presence at the courthouse that immediately put us at ease knowing we had the right person representing my brother. From start to finish, he was communicative, clear, and efficient—always making sure we understood each step of the process. His fees were very reasonable, and he delivered the kind of professionalism and results you want in a defense attorney. I also want to highlight his legal assistant, Chrissy, who was absolutely fantastic. She communicated with me every step of the way, answered my questions quickly, and handled everything with incredible efficiency. Together, Brian and Chrissy made the entire process much less stressful. If you need someone who not only knows the system inside and out but also has a supportive and responsive team behind him, I would 1000% recommend Brian.

  If you're looking for the best, Roberts Criminal Law is it! Brian and Chrissy are the ABSOLUTE BEST around!!! Their communication was always prompt and I was never left confused. They listen, are compassionate and empathetic. Brian turned the worst situation of my life into a much more bearable one. He has a very calming presence to him but inside the courtroom is where he really shines. Brian was meant to be a lawyer, you can see how passionate he is about his job and clients. I pray I don't need these services again, but if I do, Roberts Criminal Law will be my 1st phone call. Don't waste your time with other attorneys. Take it from me who hired another attorney first and was royally screwed over by them. Brian had to work hard to undo what the other did but he did it and got my case dismissed. I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about the Roberts family and team!

  I can’t thank Brian (and Chrissy) enough for the incredible work they did on my case. From day one, they were professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through every step, kept me informed, and most importantly got my case dismissed. Their expertise and dedication gave me peace of mind during a really stressful time. (And even made me laugh during this time) If you need someone who will truly fight for you, look no further. Highly recommend they made me feel like family and am forever grateful!
