Please don’t waste your time or money on this firm. I found this firm and hired them for my husband who was going through issues with a custody arrangement with his kids. What should have taken only a few months, according to them, took over 1 year. At the beginning, Daniel seemed helpful, friendly and professional. We thought we would be working with him since we had the meeting with him prior to hiring. But once he was hired, we were assigned to another lawyer. When we tried reaching out to him with concerns or questions, he was not nice at all and had a major attitude. Keep in mind this whole firm is family operated- his wife is the one answering the calls and any general questions. So, they will take everything personal especially if you are not satisfied with the lawyer assigned. The wife is super rude and rather than being professional and providing great customer service, it was totally the opposite. One time I had called up there trying to get an update on our case because the assigned lawyer was not providing any updates and I expressed my concerns about that- she was so offended and was ranting on about how good that lawyer was. So rather than taking my concerns and trying to find a resolution the whole call was about how good this lawyer was in her opinion. Throughout the case, we had to reach out for updates. If we didn’t do that, I feel the communication with the lawyer would have been way less than it was. When we did reach out, it really felt like we were bothering them. Towards the end of the case- a year later literally, they wanted another 3k just for them to sit around and wait for the amicus lawyer to do their job and then meet them at court. I’m sure they will also respond to this post as I have seen them do with every other negative review trying to justify their actions. Funny thing to add in, they tried sending me a breakdown of all the work they had already done to justify their request for 3k MORE. And 99% of that was a breakdown of them replying to our text, calls, and emails. The other 1% were dealing with the courts which majority of that was them waiting for a reply to a email. Like seriously, more effort could have been made. So please, save your money and make sure to do thorough research before hiring this firm. Trust me, you do NOT want to hire a firm that is run by family members because any issue you have they will take it personal rather than handing the matters professionally without any feelings involved .

My experience with Daniel was OUTSTANDING! He quickly identified that a lawyer specializing in another field of law would best fit my needs. He then proceeded to spend a half hour talking to me about my situation ; referring an attorney to me along with the contact information, giving me his insights and easing my mind that I was now on the right track. I don’t write reviews very often, Daniel impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism and his service attitude. I left the call saying I wish he had been the lawyer I needed.

Just in checking the reviews of the firm that my spouse is using for our divorce. I have a question. What would make this a "Trusted Law Firm"? Its surely not the fact the Owner and Senior Attorney is writing his own Google Reviews? LMFAO!! I hope you give her a big discount. Is their sawdust on the floor when you walk in by any chance?

I highly recommend this law firm. I did so much research and hunting for a good attorney. By far Mr. Daniel Ogbeide's law firm was the best move I made. They kept me up to date, price was certainty fair and they did a great job. I had 2 prior attorneys that were a big waste of time. A bit of advice when looking for a good attorney. First, when you type in Google "Best divorce attorney in Houston" Cheapest attorney", "Toughest attorney", etc... Google will present you 3 attorney's on top of all the others. These are called "Sponsored" listings. Which means the attorney paid for certain words each day like "best", "Cheapest" and the attorney that paid the most that day for those words, shows up in the top 3 listings. Stay away from those. That tells you the attorney is spending thousands of dollars to be in the top 3 and they have to make that money up somehow and it's usually the client paying for that. The forth listing is organic, meaning they earned their way to being number 4. I worked for Google and this is why I'm explaining this to you. Based on the fresh information the attorney changes up on their website, pictures, updates, posts and the number of people that actually visits your site determines your organic placement. We have a family business and I handle our website. Took 10 years to move from page 16 to the first page. I would focus on their reviews and length of time between those reviews. Some attorneys will ask for a consultation fee. It's to be expected but personally I wouldn't spend more than $200 on this. Be patient on your case. I simple divorce with no kids and no fighting over property, etc... can take easily 9-11 months. When I read Mr. Daniel's reviews I was impressed. Even more impressed when I called and spoke with the receptionist. My attorney was Grace Smith which did a better job than any other attorney I've used. I have another issue with the court and will be using them again. Don't ignore attorneys that show up on page 2 or 5, in some cases the best fit for you will be the 100th attorney you look at.
