- JRJared RileyAug 10, 20251.0My grandparents used this law office and its attorney. They were very clear about their wishes, writing everything down in detail. I personally sat down with the attorney, and they explained their plan, exactly matching what my grandparents had asked for and had also explained to me. Fast forward a few years, and I’m reviewing the “trust” they had set up. To my shock, the attorney had converted it into a Will, completely disregarding my grandparents’ instructions. Every single detail they had requested was wrong, and it wasn’t even close to what should have been done. Two other attorneys I consulted to help fix the mess openly laughed at how poorly the documents had been prepared. I have had to spend thousands of dollars correcting these mistakes. I cannot stress enough: find a different law office and a different attorney. As an engineer, if I were to produce the shouty work that I have had to deal with I would have been fired.
