He said he would review lease and represent for $1,700 as long as it could be worked out by no court. I thought it was fair, gave him $1,200 up front, with other due in a week. Mr. Hemphill called me before the money was due saying "he didn't think he could do this" because it could go to court, and he wanted more money. This was his way of trying to scare me, his own client, into giving him more money. So I told him that was crap and said fine. We'll today I just received an invoice for $2,700, stating I had a "left over balance" 3 months later! Lol these people are crooks stay away.
