  Dean is the man when it comes to suits against police and jails. He has the knowledge and experience to win these very difficult suits. Any time a call comes into my office with a case like that, I only have one answer for them: you need to call Dean.

  Anytime someone practices doing one thing, they can't help but rise to the top. Attorney Dean Malone has focused on civil rights cases but not necessarily all civil rights. He has focused largely on jail death cases in particular for a number of years. That dedication has yielded great results for many families who have suffered the worst kind of loss. I am proud to know Mr. Malone, and I recommend him above any other attorney I know. That is saying a lot because I am a retired court reporter.

  Let me start from the beginning I had gotten hurt at work im 44 years of age(Never have sued anyone before) So I gotten hurt at work but I was still trying to keep my job keep in mind I didn't no how hurt I was it worsen over months so I go to the doctor and tell them wat happened at work the doc ask me all sorts of questions 1 being do I lift weights I say yes sometimes so like I said im trying to keep my job so another question they ask was are you sure it happened at work at this time im still trying to keep my job im thinking if I say yes 100% sure my job will see this and fire me... (I had no intentions on suing them /I had never sued anyone before) so I stated no not 100% for sure I wasn't going to sue until it had gotten so bad i couldn't walk and had to have emergency spinal cord surgery so they put on my doctor papers No it didn't happen at work I stated it happened from lifting weights.. Blew my mind so I was trying to explain to Dean Malone this situation and all he could say is there's no case keep in mind this is after a year he tells me this.. I have another lawyer who's already further on this case and they just started I would not recommend this law firm too my worse enemy i wish I could have given 0 stars...Thank You for reading....Hello just seen your repost to me let me acknowledge a couple things I said i spoke with you ok I apologize you are clearly to big to do our little work comp injury cases so I spoke with an lawyer you hired. Your trying to expose me for going to another lawyer before you and not being satisfied well that's what the reviews are here for sir and apparently the third times a charm because now the lawyer i have has went further in a shorter amount of time then you guys because they actually listened to what I was saying so no by the grace of God I've never spoken directly to you but are your lawyers not and extension of you but either way I will make a post later on how great my new lawyer is sorry for the one star review I really wanted you to atleast be a two. Oh one last thing i did acknowledge i never had to sue anyone ever so all I was trying to do was keep my job i never said this injury happened from lifting weights see that's were your none listening comes in at I said yes I have lift weights before which was one of the questions they asked me and like I stated before my injury had gotten much worse I told them I didn't think I had gotten hurt on work trying to keep my job im just a blue collar worker Mr Dean so I wasn't trying to sue until i found out it was so bad I was unable to even walk so that's what I stated i apologize I can't afford to run to the doctor for every injury so not knowing how hurt I was it I tried to get back to work which end up being my downfall with your law firm.
