  Living in Nashville, it’s very difficult to go a day without seeing or hearing an ad from this firm. I think they’re really good at what they do.. what that is, I’m not sure. Their website lists fewer than 10 attorneys. Not a knock on small law firms. My dad owned/was one (ie 1!) But given the marketing budget, there’s no way Durham can handle the volume. Undoubtedly, they do handle some / cherry pick. I suspect this is primarily a referral & commission firm. As a businessman, I like these guys. Good business model. Plus, you keep the public in the dark. Double win. If I were ever injured though, no way. Btw Blair, what is the commish on your referrals? Sounds like a sweet deal.

  This go around has been such a bad experience. I’m totally disgusted with how your office has handled me and my daughter case. I’ve talked to everyone in the office except for the paralegal that is supposed to be representing us. We’ve called and left several messages, still no call back. We’ve been txt messaged by someone other than the paralegal. It’s funny how the whole time we were going to the doctor and doing physical therapy that we would get a call from their customer service department weekly . But now that it’s time to settle we hear nothing. We have to continue to call and leave messages to the point that we have spoken with a supervisor. But the callbacks and updates are still not being done. And we still have to talk to everyone else in the law firm except the paralegal. I’ve used this company twice and I hope to God I don’t have to use them or another company because this law firm will be the last on my list. There’s no way Bart would’ve allowed this lack of communication, disregard for customer care and unprofessionalism.

  If you’re looking for someone to defend your case, don’t be discouraged by the negative reviews. There are only 69 out of 595, and of course they can’t make everyone happy. Do your research, because obviously they won’t take a case that has no chance of winning or of bringing benefits — after all, they are lawyers, and no one works for free! Many complaints are about communication, but honestly, some people just expect answers whenever and however they want. In my experience, every question, doubt, and call I had was answered, and things take time. My case was resolved in 7 months in my favor! I’m very thankful for the service and attention I received, especially from Lory, who always did her best and speaks Spanish. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for their excellent treatment and attention.   I love this Law firm, they totally took care of me in my recent accident case. Courtney was the best and worked long and hard for my benefit, as well as my representative Chansey. They know Nashville in and out, especially things like Uber cases, which was my case. They also are real with what you can and can’t do. I felt they had my back the whole way and recommend them to anyone! Love you guys. Thanks for taking care of me :-)
