  Danny Garland is hands down the best attorney in Knoxville! With nearly 30 years of experience, he knows the law inside and out, and elegantly outwitted our opposition every time. I witnessed first-hand his positive rapport with local judges and other attorneys in town for being knowledgeable, ethical, and tireless in his pursuit of justice. Danny and his paralegal, Carolyn, work seamlessly as a team to ensure i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed on the mountain of paperwork required throughout the process. This included staying on top of petitions, counter-petitions, multiple contempt violations, hearings, depositions, interrogatories, and countless records entered as evidence during the trial. They both went far above and beyond my expectations in helping me to obtain a favorable outcome for both custody and child support. I truly became friends with both of them throughout the over year-long court battle in a very high-conflict co-parenting situation. My daughter’s father hired an extremely aggressive lawyer, and together they used every trick in the book to attempt to intimidate and bully me into submission. Danny encouraged me not to back down and gave me the confidence to keep fighting for what was best for her. Danny and Carolyn had my back unconditionally, coaching me through every step with empathy and patience. As my review hopefully demonstrates, I cannot recommend Danny enough.

  WATCH OUT ALL REVIEWS GOOD REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY Family and people that I’ve never even used him. If you want to get overcharged and never get any work done this is the perfect place to go you will know it’s a bad business when you walk in the office looks like a McDonald’s workplace no professionalism at all the lady at the counter looks like she got laid off from Dollar General. You are straight up wasting your money. Work with people that work respectable not people that just take your money and you never hear from them again

  Normally I am someone who is not at a loss for words, but in this case I am. In short, I need to express my absolute depth of gratitude to this firm. I had originally brought my custody fight to a well known firm in Knoxville. While they were competent, they also did not treat my case with a sense of urgency. I went in an consulted with Mr. Garland. From the second I walked in and presented the case I was attempting to bring for my son and the second case that came out of no where, Mr. Garland said to me ‘I want your whole case. I can take and represent you on this part, but If you give me the case you will get your son back.’ I saw the sincerity of a person and not someone who saw this as just another case. I knew that the original firm that held my case was going to set me for a very long road that was going to leave me with a result I was not going to he satisfied with. At that moment I agreed and moved my case. Best decision ever. My case was nothing short of a fast and furious war that spanned multiple court dates in different courts. All within short time spans. Not only was Mr. Garland prepared he was an artful litigator. Today as a result I now have what I was originally seeking and that was 50/50 custody. I want to point out that not only was Mr. Garland as stellar of a litigator as you could imagine. He has an amazing paralegal who knows every single in and out better than probably 90% of the lawyer’s in Knoxville. She would probably litigate circles around almost any lawyer you put her against. She is incredibly kind, and helps make the firm the wonderful place to find representation. That office is a well oiled machine and I can not speak any more highly of them. I am beyond thankful for them, their care, and their tireless effort. That is exactly what any law office should embody.
