  Mr. East is, in my eyes, the very best attorney in Kingsport and the surrounding areas. I had a case that required an experienced, knowledgeable attorney. Mr. East is exactly that. He advised me of what needed to be done. And, he did exactly that. If your case falls in his expertise, I'd advice anyone to hire Mr. East. He did a fantastic job for me and I'm positive he'd do the same for anyone who hires him. He's respectful, kind, understanding and most of all "knows the law". If you want to win your case, hire Mr. Todd East. If I need an attorney again, you bet I'll call him again. Often forgotten are the secretaries, I'd like to add, his secretaries are the most intelligent ladies. They stay upto-date on his case positions and are knowledgeable about them. They're respectful to you and do their best to answer any question you have no question is to small and your calls are never ignored. If they're unable to give a knowledgeable answer, of course , you're referred to Mr. East. This is what makes them also the best. Mr. East did an outstanding job winning my case . I thank him and his staff from the bottom of my heart. Again, if I need an attorney, Mr. East will be the ONLY one I call.

  I personally did not have to deal with this man or his secretaries but my fiancé who was in a terrible car wreck had the worst time dealing with Jennifer and Mr. East. She could never get in touch with him. She had questions that they did not feel they needed to answer. She would call to get the slightest bit of information and she was brushed off like they didn’t have her life in their hands. She would call to ask the simplest of questions and was greeted by a rude receptionist almost every time she let Mr. East know of this and he did not say nothing and did not even apologize for them. I am not one to write reviews, but I feel I needed to on this one because this man Made a ton of money off of my fiancé and acted like she was a burden. I do not recommend this firm to anyone for any matter.
