  Your Review of Attorney Steven Frazier (Safe, Factual, Professional) I am writing this review based on my personal experience as a recent client. I trusted Mr. Frazier to handle my bankruptcy case, and unfortunately, the experience caused significant hardship for me and my family. During my consultation, I explained that I wanted to file Chapter 13 specifically to retain ownership of two vehicles. I was told that filing Chapter 7 would still allow me to keep both cars, and I relied on that advice because I am not an attorney. After filing, both vehicles were repossessed. I was never informed of any deadlines, risks, motions, or the possibility that the automatic stay could be lifted. I received no warning from the office that my cars were in danger, and I only learned about the repossessions after they happened. Throughout the process, communication with the office was extremely difficult. Many times, I reached out with urgent questions about my case, and calls or emails often went unanswered. When I did receive a return call, I was spoken to in a raised voice during one conversation, which left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I was already under a great deal of stress, and this made the situation even harder to manage. My daughter’s car was taken from her school, and she was devastated. I had to rely on expensive Uber rides for work, school transportation, doctor appointments, and basic errands. This created severe financial hardship and contributed to falling behind on other critical bills. I am sharing this review so that others can be aware of my experience. I wish I had known what I know now before choosing this attorney. I hope this review helps someone else make an informed decision.

  I don't care what others say, this man was very knowledgeable, precise, and reasonable, not the fancy earpleaser most are these days, but very precise and truthful. I will use him again if need be. Thank you sir.

  I was scared to death to file for bankruptcy Mr Frazier made me feel comfortable about my decision and walked me through the whole process and I highly recommend him Thanks for making a difficult decision much easier

  Worse lawyer EVER. Told me he would help me then lied to me FORCED me to agree to a parenting plan then told me it wasn’t a final plan turns out it was. Didn’t hear from him after saying we would be going to court and going for back pay on my ex because I financially and physically took care of our son by myself for 18 months. He forced me to sign on 50/50 then made me lose hundreds of dollars on mediation and backup support, so now I’m fighting with a new lawyer and actually getting stuff done. Not to mention this guys charges 5,000$ for NOTHING and is LAZY. Not to mention he’s sexist against women..Worse lawyer out there if you want a good custody lawyer go to PG and cook in Johnson city tn.
