- JAJim AaronApr 27, 20241.0Joe Vasquez has been in charge of settling the estate of my aunt. It has now been 3 1/2 years and the estate is still not settled. He nor his team have made any proactive communications to the potential heirs of the estate during this time. In addition, he only responds to less than half of any requests for an update on the status. There is another review here with the same criticism of him - so this seems to be his standard behavior.
- RFRachel FisherMay 30, 20181.0I DO NOT recommend using Joseph Vasquez as an Estate attorney. He is the attorney my stepmom chose for my fathers estate. Neither my stepmom or the attorney stay in contact with us. My father passed away 2 1/2 years ago and we are still going round and round about the estate. My brother, sister, and myself have called them over and over, also leaving messages and no one ever calls us back. This has been a complete nightmare. I wish that we could have gotten a new attorney and a new personal representative to represent our fathers estate. Please do not use attorney Joseph Vasquez unless your want the estate planning dragged out forever. We've also called probate court and they have been waiting for the attorney to send paperwork in that is now in delinquent standing. Please DO NOT waste your time. Find a different attorney to represent you loved one.
