- DYDeborah YFeb 4, 20251.0Unfortunately, I had retained an attorney, Tim Bevevino, for a property / boundary / easement matter. Mr. Bevevino requested a certain retainer fee, and within 2 months of a judicial trial date, he bluntly said he would need a minimum of $16,000 more to move forward. It became obvious Tim Bevevino dragged out a civil case for years in order to avoid a judicial trial and gain as much money as he could from me. I had paid over $10,000 in attorney fees to T. Bevevino, when he claimed he wanted $16,000 more for a simple civil case. When I was overbilled, $500, he literally lashed out with disrespect for my questioning the bill. His rate of fee, which he raised to $195 per hour, was unworthy of his self-proclaimed legal knowledge. I write this truthful, transparent review in hopes it helps someone else from making a fateful error of retaining Timothy Bevevino for legal advice.
