  I was very pleased with the way my lawyer Eve Elson handled my recent court case. She was professional, knowledgeable and very empathetic. She went out of her way to do the best job possible for me and serve “MY”best interests. It is so comforting to know if I am ever in a situation again where I need trustworthy representation, I can call on Eve for her professional advice and impeccable service. Thank you again Eve!   I don't even know where to begin, but I guess the beginning would be the best place. Three years ago I had such an awful experience with the Medicial Industry. My son reached out to a Law Firm and after a year of them supposedly working on it they contacted me and said "it would be to hard to prove who is responsible ". I was then referred to Joe Froetschel and he was God sent. He took the time to listen to me and was so kind and attentive. I am so grateful that he took my case. His staff was always there for me to answer any questions I may have had; along with Joe being on top of everything. The day finally came and we had a meeting with every party involved in my dilemma. As I walked into the office I was greated by the staff there and they were so consoling because I was really nervous. Along with Joe there to fight for me I had the pleasure to meet Laura Phillips who was also there for me. I couldn't believe that the whole team was there. On a final note THEY WON FOR ME and people were made accountable for what I had gone through. I can honestly say there is no other Firm I would ever go to.   I want to start this by emphasizing there aren’t words that will adequately describe how incredible Joe Froetschel is, as both an attorney and overall human being. Joe was my lawyer from 2018 to 2021, years which were truly some of the hardest of my life – both emotionally and physically – due to a car accident that left my right arm paralyzed. Joe took on my dram shop case with a level of warmth and compassion that was reassuring as well as a confidence and drive that was exceptional. Throughout the years that my case was active, I had a level of anxiety over the entire process and situation. The COVID pandemic then hit, and cases were backlogged, trials were put on hold, and in-person meetings were far and few between during quarantine efforts. Joe not only took the time to consistently keep in touch to talk through the logistics of the case in terms of where we were at, what to expect next, what would be needed from me, etc., but he would stay on the phone until he was sure that I was okay and felt reassured, empowered, and encouraged. Joe went above and beyond to support and fight for me. He did everything in his power to make sure I had the strongest case possible, to make sure I was prepared for, and comfortable with, every stage of the case, and to make sure that the case kept moving along as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was put at ease knowing that Joe was at the helm of it all. Joe changed my life in so many positive ways, including an incredibly successful outcome of my case. Over time, he truly has become what I consider an extended family member. He always cared about how I was feeling and what I was up to, how my family was doing, and how my recovery was progressing – he continues to check in with me to this day. Joe is everything you’d want in a lawyer – he’s intelligent, knowledgeable, driven, and passionate while maintaining a humble, friendly, and genuine disposition. To put it simply, he is an unparalleled attorney and the person you want by your side. I could not recommend him more.
