When I finally reached him by phone, instead of addressing the matter professionally, he said he didn’t want to deal with it, without explanation. He then hung up. When I called back to address his tone, he yelled and hung up again. If you are seeking assistance with remains, I would not recommend this place—he was dismissive, unprofessional, and spoke rudely.
