I asked why I was being referred to someone else he said they did not have the legal term to explain it, I took that as your case is not big enough they only take on cases that are maybe huge or a get a large payout. They did not see dollar signs when I explained my case so I was referred to someone else. Kind of upset right now a bit hurt! 🥺

He even told me during a call of how much he won for another client which was over $200,000. I really feel like they have to do better with communication! I would never utilize them for another case! He didn’t even want to take on my case in June that’s why I have another lawyer working on my current case!

Arrogant management, they try to intimidate there you if you don’t agree with there bad behavior, when you make a complaint they try to turn your case down that’s the most unethical behavior I’ve ever seen. They need to be sued for trying to go against a person’s constitutional and civil rights. Every human on earth has the right to be treated fairly and equally . No one can go against a person’s rights.

After they reviewed the questions I was asked, I was told that Morgan & Morgan would accept my case. I had my answer in less than 5 minutes. Once accepted, a member of their legal team filed for me online,I didnt have to fill out any paperwork or apply online. Morgan & Morgan's legal team did that for me, I just answered the questions verbally and they helped me to form the answers into an understable, coherent and to the point answer. Very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable people!!!!
- MFMichael FNov 10, 20251.0I was dropped as a client because I didn’t get paperwork pertaining to my car insurance to them fast enough, I was in an accident on my motorcycle though and they are different policies and companies. It doesn’t make sense. Also Debbies only contribution is making in known that apparently they use a bad phone and email service/system. After seeing and hearing Morgan and Morgan for so many years, I’m surprised that this is how they treat their clients, I tried to talk to them that I didn’t feel this was a good reason to drop someone, but they didn’t care. They certainly weren’t for this person.
