  well, at first, I thought Jessica did a good job. My case was difficult. My wife was a total cocaine and alcohol addict. This should’ve been a very simple case there was custody orders put in place but every time I tried to give my kids mother time but her she would blow it by getting drunk, etc. we kept coming back to court even though there was custody orders in place my ex-wife my kids mother was a total mess and dangerous. I do not believe Jessica pursued this case strong enough. we kept going back to court as my ex was obviously under substances and putting my kids in REAL DANGER. There were custody orders in place and I would hold back the kids from seeing their mom but then she would take me to court. I spent close to $100,000 in protecting my kids. this case should’ve been much easier. The mother should’ve been made to be proven sober for a long period of time before any custody could be given very simple. It was this bad however the case went on and on and on every time I would hold back my children because I know their mother was drinking . She would take me to court and forced me to spend tens of thousands of dollars each time. it needed stronger attention. i blame all the attorneys and the judge. it was not until a new judge took on the case that all this mess ended and my ex was finally held accountable as she said Paul Quigley has zero police reports Kelley Quigley has 17. The father is not the problem he’s just trying to live his life and raise his kids. The family law system is broken and I believe the judges and the lawyers are a part of this.

  Attorney J. Wassel and his assistant, Phyllis really put in a great deal of effort in my divorce situation. My divorce was eventually settled with me fully keeping my business, and also getting a partial custody of my children. My gratitude to Fox and Fox Attorneys at Law.
