  I strongly caution anyone considering Jackie Goffney of Stefanide Law in Media, PA for legal representation. My experience was marked by incompetence, poor communication, and a lack of basic due diligence. Despite sending multiple detailed emails containing time-sensitive and important legal information, Jackie consistently failed to acknowledge or respond appropriately. Not only did she overlook key facts that had been clearly provided in writing, but her lack of preparation and engagement created unnecessary delays and confusion during a process that required focus and precision. If you're searching for a trustworthy attorney in Delaware County, or specifically looking into trust law, estate matters, or fiduciary representation, I highly recommend seeking alternative counsel. In my opinion, Jackie Goffney and Stefanide Law do not meet the professional standards expected from legal professionals in these areas.
