  I had such a bad experience with this lawyer. In 2 years we spoke twice and the other times I talked to his secretary. The secretary actually second guessed my doctors and all my records. I finally talked to my lawyer the night before my hearing! He never prepared me on what the judge was going to ask me, NOTHING! To make matters worse he was 20 minuets late to the hearing. I will definitely be using another attorney that can give me 5 minuets on the phone. I’m in total shock, and would not recommend him to my worse enemy!

  Jan 2013 hired this attorney and still haven't had a hearing and his secretaries all say something different. I have not been able to speak to my attorney in two years! Just his secretaries that make up any conversation. Haven't requested all medical records yet and the secretaries reply was that I pay for them?! So..then do it what hell you waiting on? I will be irriate if he has nothing prepared. Waiting last minute pathetic especially if I'm the one paying for it anyways. You should be able to talk to "your attorney" that "you hired" not some Secretary on power trip playing attorney saying you don't have cancer stage 5. No, but I do have three kids I'd love to support since I'm one of the ones who worked and paid into it. No respect and don't plan on talking to Mr.Brode at Least not the first two years, even of you call often! Wish I would of went and looked around or read his reviews they are all bad. Well whenever I will have my hearing we will see how good he is for doing nothing to satisfy me for two years. I will keep it posted.
