She was not helpful in any way. Didn’t even get close enough to see her name badge before she turned us away. We will never be back here. very poor customer service. If I could put 0 stars I would.

My only down side is the carpet or room deodorizers they use is highly toxic - i got sick when i was there recently for title transfer, even doubled masked with charcoal mask - got migraine and nauseated - I have chemical sensitivity and will never go there again in person
