- JVJustin VogelSep 3, 20213.0I have to say I would give charbel 2 1/2 Stars if possible help with half of my problem the man kept me out of jail $17,000 later still don't have my license paid my dues when I called him to help me with the problem I'm up to so much money on this d u i also my lease was up on the intoxalock and I told them my car was broke down they told Ken. I was not complying so therefore I did not get my license and they want me to pay hundreds of dollars to have it put on another car I calculated and the breathalyzer Place took me for almost $4,000 and then have the nerve to tell. Penn dott I'm not complying so for wanting 2500 dollars to fix it for me and yes he can fix it like that! 2 and a half stars
