He took the time to explain everything to me and answered my questions without me feeling like I was being rushed, he made sure that I understood what I had to do and what he was going to. His Paralegal Brenda has gone beyond with making sure I was aware of what was needed to be done. They have been very understanding and supportive durning this very difficult time. The problem wasn't just the offer, it was that they just wouldn't do discovery; they had no interest in doing their job, my option was to either accept a settlement offer where the defendants would not admit fault or what happened, or they would withdraw as my counsel (which they did).
