Destiny, Sandra, and their team were very knowledgeable, caring, they stayed in contact with us every step of the way, made sure we were well informed of not only the process but everything as it was happening. They were quick to get back to us anytime we had questions about anything. They really truly care about their clients. I was very involved in our case and had a ton of questions throughout the whole thing and instead of feeling like I was an inconvenience, they encouraged it. They really listened to me. Anything I felt needed to be looked into, or I questioned, they were on it. Destiny would check in with us just to see how we were doing throughout the whole process with the stress of all of it and see if there was anything she could do. They were truly amazing people to work with and have on our side.

I originally reviewed the firm negatively after they initially said they would look into my legal case and gave me promises after multiple calls of setting up initial meetings that never materialized for 4 weeks. The firm, to my surprise, wanted to make things right and apologized for what had transpired. To me, this means that this firm truly cares about people and that they want to be the best firm they can be in every aspect. It really means a lot to me. Every business can have a bad month of unforeseen events or whatever that may generate negative reviews from patrons, but what the business or in this case firm does after to make things right speak volumes. The coordinator was quick and responsive in communications to setup the initial consultation. I just met with Dan at their offices in downtown Oregon and he listened intently and with concern to my situation. The 4 out of 5 stars reflects where I am right now with Chenoweth Law firm. They actually cared about making things right and for the first time, in a longtime, I feel good about a firm that wants to represent me and my interests with conviction and assertiveness. I will definitely edit this post and rating of Chenoweth law firm in the near future when I see how this team of talented layers handles my case. I want to give them 5 stars, but like all things, it should be earned and reflect a volume of work over time.
