    Do NOT hire Robert Ickes. He is the WORST. Did basically nothing for almost 2 years. Drew out my case by doing nothing, never updated me, never sent me important documents, barely ever got statements, lied to me about the divorce settlement proposal so he could drag the case out longer and make more money. Basically stole 20k from me, and didn’t help me at all. He literally did nothing. Then he threatened to send me to collections or take put a lean against real property if I didn’t pay. DO NOT RETAIN HIM. He is a con man. I came to his office to add up financial documents FOR HIM, but then he said he didn’t want to do it, and then charged me for the two hour visit where all we did was talk and he did nothing to help my case. HORRIBLE ATTOURNEY.

    This guy does not have a clue, I spent 5,000 dollars with him and then fired him because he did nothing, filed the wrong paper work, doesn't communicate, never sends you an update so you know where you stand on your case or how much you owe. A Month after I fired him he sends me another bill for over 2 thousand, For what. he is a crook and I hope this helps others to find a better Lawyer and not have to go through what I did.

    I had a wonderful experience with both Robert and Sonia. Despite my case being very difficult and long we ended up getting better results then I thought possible. They were supportive, informative and fought for my daughter and I with passion. I'll be forever grateful for their help.

    I had an amazing experience with Sonia Ickes. She was highly competent, intelligent, and honorable in her representation of my daughter's case. Sonia was always available to answer questions and explain the legal process to me, which can be difficult to understand. She got an even better result for our daughter than we expected.
