  After purchasing a used motorcycle from a reputable Dealer in Illinois, and registering the title in my home state of Oklahoma, without any issue, a dealership from Florida that had previously owned & sold my motorcycle filed a claim of "stolen" on the VIN. The Florida Dealership had sold the bike to a man that used someone else's credit card, and after he had taken delivery of the bike, they reported the credit card as stolen, so that they wouldn't have to pay. Seven months later is when the Florida dealership reported my bike as "stolen", a hired an Oklahoma Repossession Company to recover the bike, so that he could re-cover some of his loss. After finding out about the issue, and the possibility of losing my motorcycle, I had contacted the dealership in Illionois where I purchased it. After over a month of them supposedly attempting to resolve the issue, Luke Wallace was recommended to me. After contacting Luke, and discussing my issue, without hesitation, I hired him. Within a day of Luke writing, and sending out a very thorough Cease and Desist Letter to all of the Parties involved in my Case, he was contacted by the Dealership in Florida, and the Sheriff Office Detective in Florida that was handling the case and had filed that the bike had been "stolen", assuring him that no further action would be taken, and that the filing of "stolen" was removed from the VIN of my motorcycle, and that the case was closed, along with the appropriate documentation confirming these actions. Luke also received confirmation from the Repossession Co. in Oklahoma stating that they were not going to attempt repossession, and that the matter was closed. I personally received phone calls from the dealership in Illinois praising the Letter from Luke. About the thoroughness of its wording, giving the relevant Statutes from all three (3) State involved, and how quick he was able to take and receive action. During my conversation with Mr. Wallace, discussing the results of my case, I found out that his Firm handles all types of legal cases. I can assure you, if I have any issue that requires Legal Services in the future, my first call will be to Luke Wallace.
