    Mr Steen is very knowledgeable in real estate law. He has been practicing for several years. The City of BA planning commission, when I called, knew him by by his first name and told me to tell him hi. Able to have all kinds of situations taken care of with the county or city offices where deeds are filed and several different aspects of real estate law are applied. He has excellent manners and a even better personality. I have looked around and called several different attorneys and he was the most reasonably priced that I could find. I'm glad I did. I would definitely suggest him to family or friends and have.
